Arrived before they opened on 1-27 not really sure exactly what I wanted, but knew what I didn’t. Reached out to Aaron Bilby and let him know I was at the lot. He hadn’t made it to work yet, but had one of the other employees show me a vehicle. It was a great truck, but I knew it was out of my price window. When Aaron arrived, we tried several other vehicles that for one reason or another just weren’t right. We settled on a 21 Escape that was an excellent compromise between what I was looking for and what worked financially. The entire team was really supportive of us thru the entire process. All the personnel that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The sales lady, Morgan, that I dealt with did a great job, getting some items installed went smoothly with service. Great dealership to visit and work with. Thank you to everyone.
