I was denied over and over from several dealerships for in store financing. I don’t have the best credit but I had a few thousand to put down. I applied online and Joe called me the next day. He didn’t just text. He CALLED. He got me approved within a day, and I went and picked the car up a few days later: He was not only hospitable from the minute I stepped into his office but he made the whole process seamless. Usually you spend HOURS at a dealership, but I was in and out within a few hours. He even went and register it for me the same day. He was transparent with EVERYTHING. They have a very good selection in their lot and amazing staff that made me feel at ease. Buying a car is stressful but Joe made the process painless. He even checked in with me a month later to ensure everything was still going well. I will be going back to buy my next vehicle from him as well.
