2013 Ford Taurus Limited FWD

I finally got my brand new Honda Civic and am in love!! Romeo was awesome and explained everything, he really took his time to make sure I knew what I was getting and how to work a newer vehicle since I was coming from a 2014 Chevy equinox. He even came in on his day off to hand me the keys and go over some last minute things about the car! I’m extremely happy I chose this dealership rather than going to Knoxville!

Nate went above and beyond to earn my business and made the whole process so easy. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with my decisions. Nate even called me a week after my purchase just to check in and see how I was enjoying my new ride. I visited all four Greater Knoxville Honda dealerships before I found what I wanted, got the price I wanted, and felt most comfortable with all those involved in the process. Honda Morristown blew them all out of the water. No dealer required markups, treated me like a person and not just a sale, and a lifetime powertrain warranty won the day and I plan to be a life long customer.
