John in the service department is amazing! Initially I took my Giulia to the St.Louis park dealership (because it's closer to me) they ran the diagnostic and could only tell me they didn't recognize the codes that came up and wanted me to allow them to take my car apart to see if it was a valve on the transmission and this was going to cost over $900. Thankfully I did not allow them to do that. I made an appointment with Schmelz, when I brought the car in I explained the issues I was having and John ran the diagnostic for me. I was elated when he told me it was just the module that sat on top of the battery that was causing the issues to my car. I cannot say enough good things about this place. This is the only place I will be taking my car from now on. If I could give John 10 stars I would! I am looking forward to bringing it in in a couple weeks to get the brakes done!

Worked with Trevor twice in our car buying process. Other than the Guilia itself, he was one of the main reasons for purchasing through Schmelz Alfa. We test drove an Audi A5, Lexus ES350, Infiniti Q60, and BMW 338i and 340. All the cars are comparable to the Guilia, but we feel we got treated fairly from the first time we were test driving cars in December and again this past weekend. I test drove a Guilia this morning. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and respectful of my time. The owner even dropped in to say hi. It was a good experience. Also, that car was inspiring.
