This is my second time purchasing from Rocky’s, and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. I feel completely confident about the car I chose. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I live in Vermont, and I had a certain budget, and I wanted a stick-shift. I found a used car that was what I was looking for at Rocky's. Vinny met me, right at closing. He didn't push any other cars on me. He didn't try to rush me even though it was closing time. He had what I requested ready for me to look at it. He did a thorough walk around with me. (Whoever details his cars is brilliant, a master.) He went through everything Rocky's had done since receiving the car. He even worked with me to lower the price. There was zero pressure to buy, or to push a car on me I didn't want. Vinny's sole purpose was to let me determine if it was a car I wanted. Gene is great with the paperwork. It was, boom-boom-boom. Friendly as well, and with all the red tape, he gives good directions on how to navigate it quickly and in an informed manner. I had a minor repair matter I needed done, and it was within the time frame of their sales warranty. I drove back down, they had me right in, top of the list, and they had me out in less than 40 minutes. These are good guys: knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. It was 100% worth the nearly three hour drive. I got the car I wanted, not a high dollar purchase by any means. They treated me like a #1 customer, however, and it made all the difference for me.
These guys were great to deal with. Honest and not pushy like most places. I drove 3 hours to get the truck I wanted and it was worth the drive. Price was right, they gave honest info and answered questions I had after I purchased. Definitely recommend.
