Been looking awhile for a vehicle. Thought I wanted an Edge, but fell in love with Bronco Sport sitting on the showroom floor like a gem. Our salesman William was very helpful once I made my decision and made sure all my questions were answered. I am very pleased with my purchase! ????

Our salesman (Mike) was excellent! We took a vehicle we were interested in for a drive. Most questions asked were answered right away. Anything else was answered promptly. He was very thorough, never missed a beat. After a few days of thought with a plan to buy we discovered the car we wanted was sold off the showroom floor that day! They had others but not that color. Our hearts sank. All I can say is Mike and the Northstar team went out of their way trying to find another identical vehicle. Basically after a 3 state search, a few failed negotiations, their persistence prevailed, and they got us an exact match! I might add that this was all done at a bonus price. We saved thousands! Thank you Northstar Ford! We couldn't be happier!
