I am extremely happy with my experience with Granite Hyundai. Everyone was very Professional and courteous. We were greeted at the door with a smile and a handshake. The gentleman Andrew (who turned out to be our salesman)Introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for?… sales or service, etc. He was great and I felt very comfortable and secure in the fact, I was getting a quality vehicle for the money and that they stand behind what they sell. This was by far, the easiest and nicest car buying experience I have ever had! Right from first contact with the associate Austin who set us up with the appointment to come in for a test drive, to Andrew who sold me my car to the financial closer William. Thanks guys for everything!

Best service experience around. 1.Easy to schedule. 2. Tom met me when I arrived-as always he was pleasant and professional. He verified what needed to be checked-and explained the processes clearly , answering my questions patiently and completely. Tom provided time estimates and shared updates as the work was done. 3. The work was completed even faster than expected and less costly than I feared. 4. My car was presented to me washed and ready to go. This workflow and my comments are what I have experienced at Granite Service Dept. each time I visit. Their super power is their focus on understanding the customer concerns and attention to the details that create their consistent performance.

Andrew took great care of us! He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and inviting. The entire staff was very helpful. Nobody was “pushy” or tried to talk us into something we weren’t looking for. Tylor did the final paperwork for us and he was great! Very friendly especially during a process that can be somewhat stressful. He was honest, and genuine. I would 10/10 recommend Granite Hyundai!
