Very professional place but it might be overcrowded with cars so heads up. You can be here up to three hours, they have a shuttle to take you around if you need it but overall the place to wait is quite comfy with a lot of options for eat desserts or small Appetizers, they took my car despite I was a little bit late so they are flexible about it which is nice. But be patient about the waiting time
My advisor was very professional and informative. Took the time out to explain things to me and made sure I understood. Made me feel comfortable asking questions. Very clean facility. Think it would have been great to have a complimentary snack/coffee/water area for guess. ????
Came today to get my regular maintenance on the car. The new system is the mechanic actually sends you a cool video of him working on your car and he explains in detail what he’s doing and what needs to be done, or if everything’s OK. I had an issue with my car a few months ago that never was resolved. A very nice young lady named Victoria took care of that and it’s finally going to get fixed. I appreciate her taking the time to go out of her way to order the part and do what needed to get done so I can get that taken care of this week. Thanks Victoria! And thanks to the team that took care of my car today. It was serviced fast. Christine
