Anne was spectacular as always. I’ve never actually had a dealership that I choose to have service done at when it’s not required before but Franklin Ford is definitely the exception. Anne makes it feel like she actually cares about me and my vehicles which is rare in any form of customer service, never-mind with a service advisor.
