2012 Ford Focus

My tire was rapidly loosing air. I was at work. My wife called you guys and someone came and filled the tire up and she took it in to you guys. We had all 4 tires replaced and an alignment. Great service on that end. My issue was my wife was quoted $600-$620. We got a bill of $791. That’s a substantial difference on something that should be more easily predicted (4 tires and an alignment). I didn’t appreciate that at all. I will keep that in mind for my future service needs in considering where to go. Again, great on the service end this time around, though I have an experienced on 2 occasions that the work that was claimed to be done by you was not actually done. Trust is important

I stopped in yesterday to serpentini Orrville yesterday on what I thought was an impossible deal to strike. But with the excellent service from Joe Guzzi and team members of Orrville I was able to make a purchase of a brand new 2023 Z71 Tahoe. With Joe's help I was able to trade in my 2019 RS Blazer that was upside down. The Tahoe has always been my little family's dream car even when wooster made that seem impossible, even the blazer was a hard deal for them. When I was there I was treated like family and truly experienced that 100% customer satisfaction, I toured the shop and even got to feed my camaro addiction! I highly recommend if you feel hopeless that you are unable to get into your dream vehicle give Joe Guzzi a shot! He fights hard to get the deal for you! Best dealership experience I've ever had and they have earned my business for this future ZL1 camaro purchaser!
