2010 Ford Focus

This was hands down, the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. We met our salesperson, Terry and hit it off right away. He did not treat us like "customers" but like family. We appreciated that and it goes a very long way with us. We had a situation we needed help with getting out of our current car and Terry and Steve (finance) did it with absolute ease and with zero pressure or stress to us. They made the perfect scenario for us possible and we without a doubt moved forward, not only because we loved the vehicle we chose, but because we knew that if we did, we'd have the best possible care of any car dealership after the service that we could possibly have. We picked up the car the day after we signed paperwork and the delivery was seamless. Terry was efficient and made the transition for us incredibly easy. He showed he cared first and foremost and that is what mattered the most. He continues to be in touch with us after the sale to make sure we are happy and that means a lot. We will be referring everyone looking to buy a vehicle to Terry and the team at Germain, as we can't stop talking about how great the process has been so far. He knew exactly what to show me. 5 days later I bought it. He came in on his day off to deliver it and show me the basics.
