Excellent and easy process. I searched for a popular hybrid via Toyota's SmartPath and found one in stock at this dealership. Shortly after my website pricing inquiry, I was contacted by their business development, Vic K, who helped discuss my options to place a deposit for a vehicle actively being shipped from the factory at MSRP. For the purchase process, I worked with Ryan D, who was very forthcoming and easy to work with. Information was clearly presented each step of the way as well as the payment options and calculations based on my request. Ryan and Vic basically put to rest any concerns I had and streamlined the entire pre-dealership process. On the day of vehicle delivery, Ryan D took the time to go over each technology feature with patience including a test drive at my pace. Closing out with their finance department was without headache as it was everything we agreed to prior to the in-person visit, without any aggressive upsell.
