I live in Portland and drive up to Longview to look at a Chevy spark Rick had for sale. I bought the car and was very happy with the price and the transaction. When I got home I took it to the dealer to have it checked out. I had them do a couple things all within reason the for age and price I paid for the car. I just got the title in the mail as promised.
