2002 Ford Thunderbird Deluxe 3.9L V8, 252 hp / 267 lb-ftThis 2002 Ford Thunderbird Deluxe is powered by the factory 3.9L V8 that produces 252 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque, mated to the original 5-speed automatic transmission. The car has exceptionally low mileage under 40,000 miles total, averaging less than 2,000 miles per year and presents in excellent overall condition. A clean CARFAX accompanies the vehicle.Factory equipment and features (standard on the Deluxe)- Powertrain and chassis: 3.9L V8 engine, 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, rear-wheel drive layout and fully independent suspension calibrated for a comfortable grand-touring ride.- Convertible top: Power-operated soft top designed for convenient open-air driving; folding design retains usable trunk space when stowed.- Exterior features: Factory alloy wheels, integrated fog lamps, power-adjustable exterior mirrors, and body-matched bumpers and trim consistent with Thunderbird s retro styling.- Interior comfort and convenience: Two-seat plus small rear seating configuration with supportive front bucket seats, center console storage, and well-placed cupholders. Power windows and power door locks, remote keyless entry, cruise control and a tilt steering column were standard for driver convenience.- Climate and audio: Air conditioning with straightforward controls and a factory AM/FM stereo with CD player and speakers tuned for cabin balance.- Instrumentation and controls: Clear analog gauges (speedometer, tachometer, fuel, temperature) and a driver-focused layout for essential controls.- Safety equipment: Dual front airbags, three-point seat belts for all seating positions, reinforced door beams and a safety cage design typical of factory construction. Anti-lock braking system (ABS) and traction control were available features on this generation and commonly fitted to Thunderbird models.- Practical considerations: A reasonably sized trunk for a convertible, convenient access points (remote trunk release), and durable interior trim materials consistent with factory fit and finish. This example retains the original factory configuration and presents as a low-use, well-maintained Thunderbird Deluxe with the drivetrain, interior, and exterior features you would expect from a 2002 factory build. The combination of the V8 powerplant, classic styling, very low mileage, and a clean CARFAX make this Thunderbird a strong choice for buyers seeking a well-preserved example.

Robert and Steve were great to work with today! They helped my sister-in-law purchase her first car. They were patient and informative throughout the car buying experience. They spent ample time with us to make sure her questions were answered and never made us feel pressured into a decision. They explained all financing options and were not pushy at all. It was a good experience for us and we will definitely look into buying another car through Robert Marsh in the future. We were all very pleased with how our experience was with them!!
Hey Robert and his wife were great to deal with. Enjoying my VW Passat. I appreciate them holding the car I bought until I got there. (Couple hour drive) many people would sell it out from under you. But good to deal with and i feel they do the best they can and sell the best. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks
I had been looking for a 5spd version of this car for a while. Finally found it online and drove down from Jackson, WY to look at.. It was everything Robert said it was over the phone. Robert worked with my credit union directly to make everything very quick and easy. He even helped get me a deal on some studded snow tires that were put on within an hour of purchasing the car. It's been almost two months and my new car is awesome. I would happily do business with Robert in the future. Edit: 9 months, plenty of road trips and about 14,000 (amazingly fun) miles later, I still could not be happier with my purchase. Thanks again Robert!
