2003 Ford Thunderbird Deluxe

We had such a nice experience trading in our vehicle and purchasing a new to us minivan. I never felt pressured into a vehicle I didn’t want or to pressured to look at more expensive options. They walked me thru the whole trade in/puchasing process with detail. They also gave me an extremely fair price for the trade in. They worked with our extremely busy schedule and were available when we needed them for questions. Nick, Lou and Phil were a pleasure to work with and will be our dealer in the future. I put money down on this vehicle to hold it until my unemployment benefits came through..but due to some miscommunication between the owners and the guy who actually took my money...it was taken and sold by the owner...I was horribly upset..I loved it and it was an excellent price...I gave 5 stars..because fact of the matter is..they are great group of guys..and they did return all of my money..and as upset as I am..I'd still do business with them again..and recommend them...

Two part review here. The first part is the 5 star review so rating it 5 stars so it is visible. Jorge, Phil, and Jake are all three extremely nice individuals. We bought a vehicle from here and they made it smooth, had great responsiveness, and were transparent. They made the process easy and painless which was enjoyable as car buying can be like pulling teeth at times. If you can work with these 3, I highly recommend it. Now, the negative. 1/5 stars is definitely too many for their manager. It was painful to deal with him. Every sales tactic in the book, he pulled it. Trying to bait and switch, deceiving us about available cars, and even straight up lying and going back on his words at times. If you can keep him out of any negotiation, I would highly recommend doing so. I do recommend buying from here if you can work with the first three named. Their manager is a classic car salesman you should steer very clear from.
