Big time service and small time courtesy!! While we were visiting the area for a few weeks, our 2021 F-150 had check engine and service vehicle soon messages. We didn’t want to take a chance on traveling back home without having it checked. Crystal understood our time restraints and was able to schedule us with first available. Upon arrival, the truck was taken quickly and the tech (did not get his name) was knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to resolve our issue quickly and reassure us that our truck was safe for travel! We’re grateful that we found RD Sawyer and for their top notch service!

He emailed me the various warranties, again no stress and no hype, and called to discuss the payment plans and incentive interest rates. From my initial call to Dock to set up a time to come in, through vehicle selection with Bruce and financing with Mike, not to mention some pretty great conversations with Byron, the entire experience was seamless. There is something to be said about a small-town, family dealership dedicated to customer service and establishing relationships. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!
