James and Tommy are honest, professional and very knowledgeable about the car business. They are the best at doing everything necessary to get customers the cars they need at a competitive price. One strong point that puts them ahead of the competition is the fact that they have a good inventory of quality cars in the first place. This is not something that one always sees at all used car lots, but Tommy's long-term knowledge of the market and business ensures that when a customer walks onto the lot, the customer is looking at quality vehicles. Another strong point is James's experience negotiating financing terms with credit unions and other lenders. He knows how to get customers a very competitive interest rate within the range of rates available at the time, and he delivers. This means that although you are getting quality cars, you are still getting a very competitive total price. They are both very good at customer service. They will do their best to get you into a good car that carries good value. They are both very responsive to inquiries. Their physical facilities are "no frills" but clean and welcoming. It is very clear when dealing with these two that they are professionals who know this business and are skilled at delivering good cars at very competitive prices. And it is clear that they are both just fine gentlemen overall. They know what they are doing in their business and are good people. Highly recommended.
