One of the best car buying experience. I purchased a used 2018 Audi SQ5 with very low miles. Chris was honest and quick to respond. Furthermore, Chris allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a PPI without hesitation. Everything went smoothly and the new DMV title and registration arrived promptly. Chris even gave me a tour of the facility. I would not hesitate to do business again with Dealernet. I wish Chris sold new cars!

Chris was awesome. He showed me the car on a Sunday and gave precious tips on where to go to get a better rate. Totally recommend them.

I've never had a better experience anywhere. These are a small group of extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people who go out of their way for you. Definitely NOT the car dealership you are used to. First there is Rick. Extremely knowledgeable, interesting, friendly guy and man! he knows cars!. We showed up without an appointment and he got right up and showed us the car, answered all our questions and was generally a great guy to me and my young son. Then we met the finance guy Brian. Wow. This guy knows his stuff and he's amazing! He had to deal with all of our craziness with different addresses, our information or lack thereof due to our long residence abroad. I still don't know how he did it, but he got us financed AND insured for a classic car when I couldn't find anyone else who would do it. Thank you Brian! Whatever your salary, it's not enough. Then there is Chris, the Mustang guru. Very friendly and knowledgeable about anything related to cars and Mustangs. Last, but certainly not least, is Toni. This woman knows it all about registrations, titles, DVM, etc. and is so friendly and kind and generous with her time that I was really taken aback. We lost the title to our Jeep so we could not drive it and she was all over it and offered to help however she was able. She's an absolute jewel. I'll probably never go back to another dealership. In fact these guys are so fantastic I'll probably just go there once in a while to say hi. Thank you all for getting my son his dream car and making it a great process!!!!!!!
