2003 Ford Thunderbird Deluxe

Bought a certified used car from KG Ford AF. Got a great deal and friendly service from my sales man Gabe. Went over everything perfectly. Loved the car so bought it. About a month after purchasing it the sunroof would make a load vibrating sound and my auto start/stop was not working either. With the help of Jarred in the servicing department they got my car in, fixed it and kept their word. I paid for a transmission flush at my request Ken Garff did the rest. Outstanding customer service and honesty.

I just purchased my 3rd car from Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more professional, helpful experience !!! Upon my arrival, I met with MaCall Davis who test drove an Escape with me and gave me very honest answers to a ton of questions. She knew my heart was set on a Bronco but as of that morning, there wasn’t one available at the special Ford interest rate I needed. Just as I was about to purchase the Escape, she ran back to Cesar, who helped me with the actual sale, and informed me of a Bronco that had come in that afternoon from another dealer and made my day. I continued working with Cesar who was one of the nicest, genuine, super knowledgeable salespeople and continued my excellent experience. He had Winston the GM come chat with me which was absolutely delightful. I would only buy cars from whatever dealership Winston is the GM. His people love working for him and so do happy customers like myself. Such a great experience !!!! Thank you
