Gavin and Josh were super friendly and helpful with the process of buying a vehicle. Even though I was out of state, they communicated clearly through multiple channels. Upon arrival the dealership staff was welcoming, the location was very clean, and the vehicle was ready. After a few minutes of paperwork, we were on our way. The purchase experience was wonderful. We got a great used car at a great price and it even came with a full tank of gas. I have never bought a used car that came with a full tank before so that was a nice surprise. Thanks for the great car. The only 1 person for the whole process needs refinement. If he has to keep leaving to talk to the manager about everything, what's the point? It would be better to have two people that specialize in their parts of the process. I give the overall experience an -A. It was definitely much better than the last 2 interactions I had with an Anderson Dealership. But I also have not been back since about 2017 When I left my last 1 Star review for the service department here at the South location. Updated to show the great average fuel economy.
