Dwayne and the employees at this dealership are wonderful and thoughtful people. I put in an order for a 2024 Bronco in November, Dwayne updated me often and assisted with the build as well as answered any questions I had. I picked up the Bronco yesterday ( Jan 31) in perfect condition, financing was a breeze and everyone I engaged with was helpful and kind. I would like to give a huge thanks to everyone at the CMA Ford Service Department. Everyone there made my experience friendly and hospitable. As soon as I took my Raptor in for a huge problem, DAVE (Service Dept.) took on the issue and executed as to what was need to get my truck done while being stationed in a different state and even though it was a lengthy process they expedited so I could have my vehicle returned before the holidays. JOE the Master Mech. took care of my vehicle as if it was his own. They actually made sure my vehicle was returned in better running shape than before I had turned it in. They definitely make me want to drive back to them from a different state to get any work done on my vehicle and they turn those Dealership Horror stories around. Again, big THANK YOU to them!
