Thomas is an amazing associate. He did in 5 minutes what 3 different mechanics and 5 thousand dollars did to help me to fix my engine. Thomas’ ford engine expertise is absolutely exceptional. He is a true Ford man! He is for the people. His customer service and next level knowledge guided me to doing a full on engine replacement. Instead of continuing my path of spending thousands on costly band-aide repairs that the 3 previous mechanics had me doing. Thomas is absolutely about the customer! Frankie is the business! Purchasing a new vehicle is never a fun experience. You know how it goes. But Frankie made the process as painless and smooth as possible. The entire staff from Rick my sales man to finance was as close to dealing with a close friend as one can get.
