2004 Ford Thunderbird Deluxe

I purchased a Subaru Outback from Wares Auto last week. I liked that I was able to wander around the lot without being hassled. Once I was ready to test drive one of the vehicles Skylar was very easy to work with. He did a thorough job going over financing options and extended warranty packages. I never felt pressured to buy anything and the experience was enjoyable. There was an issue with the wiper fluid in the front and Skylar brought a mechanic out right away to address the issue before I drove off the lot. I feel like I could drop in any time if I had a problem and would be treated warmly and with respect. As a female who looks younger than she is I value being treated with respect and not being talked down to. Skylar treated me as an equal.

I purchased my Volvo from Skylar this past Friday. What a great experience. Skylar answered all our questions and no pressure! I not only got a wonderful car but Wares took my trade-in, Secretary of State taken care of and gave me information on a service plan. I will certainly let everyone know how thorough Wares is and especially Skylar.
