I am a young woman and let me tell you this is hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Buying a car is very stressful but G and J Autosales made it a breeze. They were so cooperative and patient with my bank who had a very particular process about getting them my loan money. They were kind, funny and informative. There was absolutely no pressure. In fact they were even willing to recommend other car dealers around so that I would find exactly what I wanted. They had a great selection making it easy for me to choose between the little truck and the Prius I had my eyes on. They completed everything I need and got me all necessary documents in record timing. And I am now enjoying the fresh home baked cookies they sent me as a thank you for doing business with them. My auto buying experience with G&J was stellar! Really nice people, decent price and very friendly, simple process. When I needed them to help me get the right paperwork for the $4,000 used EV Federal incentive, they were really responsive and got me what I needed in 'real time '. Good communication is important, and they always responded quickly and were honest and forthright. I would buy from them again; they make their customers feel like family.

They were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Dennis is funny and kept a nerve wracking experience light hearted and fun, with no pressure. It felt like I was talking to an old friend and mentor. I've never bought a car before and was anxious over it, but he set me at ease. William was also very knowledgeable and kind and I felt so comfortable exchanging stories and conversing over Star Wars movies with him as I was making a big a decision. Overall, I was happy to find this place. Some car sales people are charismatic but there is a lack in authenticity, but these two were authentic, down to earth and so helpful.
