2023 Ford Transit

Yesterday was my first time dealing with Phil Long Kia. I will have to say I was throughly impressed with my experience. I worked with a salesman named Anthony Gullart who went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth and painless. Anthony reached out to me minutes after doing an online inquiry about a 2024 telluride prestige X-pro that my wife wanted. Unfortunately my wife was unable to make it to the dealership due to a little one at home that was napping & not feeling well. I did my portion of the paper work at the dealership and secured the financing. Anthony made it super easy and came to my house with the rest of the paper work for my wife to sign and it only took maybe 5 mins at most for her to do her portion. We were both extremely happy with our experience and will be returning to Phil Long kia thanks to our amazing experience.

Went to 2 other dealerships before coming to Phil Long Kia and they were the best experience by far. Anthony in sales, Christian in management and Viviana in customer service made a dream team. They offered me the highest trade-in value, worked with me on price, and Anthony went above and beyond to help me narrow down the exact vehicle I needed/wanted. Car shopping is never a good time but save yourself the hassel of multiple dealerships by just going here, you'll be happy you did.

I buy a vehicle once every 10-12 yrs. I follow the right steps and take care of it and by doing so it takes care of me. Today I bought a new 2024 Kia carnival through your dealership. I needed to have this type of vehicle for several reasons because of a spinal cord injury 45 years sgo. I truly wasn't looking forward to this at all. BUT...even though I've been in management for over 40 years, this experience with all of the people involved was truly great. Everyone worked well together, pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, they catered to my needs...I drove off extremely pleased with a great experience and very nice vehicle. It was a joy driving home.
