Picked up our "New" used car yesterday and I have to say, easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Chris Fraser-the chillest, most low-pressure salesman I could have hoped for. He communicated in my preferred way of texting & email and always responded quickly and honestly. When we actually went to pick up the car, we were there for only about 30 minutes. So awesome for a busy person on the go! Car shopping can be stressful- especially for women. Ladies, check out this dealership and ask for Chris Fraser. He seems honest & isn't intimidating. Customer Service is #1 at this dealership! Our salesman, Chris Rogers, was awesome! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him and went several extra miles to get me a great deal and a beautiful vehicle. When it was time to sign paperwork, Chris and Jessica explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. Chris Rogers was super helpful when I was picking out my first car! I was extremely nervous since I only have experience in my 2009 Town & Country, but he made paperwork easy and gave me lots of helpful information about my Edge and all the forms that come with it!??????
