2023 Ford Transit

This is my 2nd purchase from Pacific West Imports. Took a 2023 cargo van for my business. The service was exceptional, great team! They are genuine and honest people. The next time I need to buy another vehicle I will surely come back to here

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Pacific West Imports. I worked with Sam who was straight up & willing to work with me to find a lender with the best rate for me. There was zero pressure from them. They (Daisy) even took the car that I was interested in to my mechanic for an inspection free of charge. When it was time to secure the deal, they stayed open late for me as I was running late. Both Daisy & Sam were very kind, knowledgeable, & seemingly honest. Recently I was in the market for a used car. I found a good deal in San Diego near my house, but I ended up driving to Los Angeles to get my car from Pacific West Imports. I have bought new and used cars from Lexus, Toyota, BMW, and Volkswagen. I have always worked with large dealerships. I was somewhat cautious to go to a small corner lot, but I am glad I did. The sales agent, Daisy, was very helpful and low pressure. Encouraged me to get the car checked out by a third-party; which I did. They were very open and upfront in the transaction, and it was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had buying a car. Sam is clearly very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back when I need to buy cars for my kids!
