2011 Ford E-Series E-350 XL Super Duty

After shopping around nationally for a 15 passenger Ford Transit I decided Next Level Auto was my best option. Ken was incredibly helpful and responsive as I was planning to travel to CA from NM to make the purchase from their inventory. The customer service was above and beyond. We hit a few "speedbumps" during the purchase process but Ken worked with me to get the best interest rate and work within my budget. He even drove me around a bit because I flew in and didn't have a rental car. Knowing I had to immediately put 800 miles on the van to get home he made sure his mechanic looked it over before I left the lot. My only complaint is the gas tank was empty and I had to buy a full take on L.A. prices. I also noticed, when I got home, that there was no cabin filter. Overall, the vehicle made the whole journey, past DOT inspection, landed within my budget, and was as easy a process as it probably could have been. Huge thanks to Ken and his team at Next Level Auto Center for helping me get my company off the ground. I will definitely think of them first when I'm ready to purchase my next passenger vehicle.
