2008 Ford E-Series E-350 XLT Super Duty Extended

I was looking at the 2012 Volvo S60. The car was just brought onto the lot when I called and inquired about it. They sent the car to a Volvo dealership to get the recalls fixed. While checking the car, they found the frame totally messed up. They made the decision not to sell the vehicle. They called me to let me know. I told them how much I appreciated their honesty. After dealing with 10+ dealerships in the last few weeks, I've come to realize some of these dealerships would have sold it to me. Eze Auto Brokers was honest and very patient with me. In January, I was hit, and my car was totaled. I needed a car asap, as I had been paying on a rental car for a week and a half by then. I know I was not very patient with them as I needed to get out of the rental. They were nothing but kind and patient with me. I wish I had been able to buy a car from them instead of LAX Jeep, Ram, etc. in Irvine (this dealership LAX Jeep, I would never recommend...in fact I'd say run the other way).

The guys here went above and beyond to help get us in a transit van we needed for work. The van itself is great, came with immaculate service records and they topped it off with fixing minor issues before we picked it up. They also went to bat for us with the banks to get us a good loan that worked even after the banks refused at first. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more vehicles here in the future!

I don't usually give out 5 stars on my reviews as you might have noticed, but I can't say enough positive things about EZE Auto. Sava (owner) is super friendly and a straight shooter. He tells you how it is and doesn't hide anything. I was shopping around for a pre-owned Lexus LX470 to haul the family around and trips. He listed it on cargurus and instead of emailing back and forth he reached out to me and we discussed everything that HE saw might be an issue. Being a car guy talking to a car guy was greatly appreciated. He pointed out things that I didn't catch, pricing was fair as far as I'm concerned especially given that the market for these cars are so crazy right now, I'm happy with it. 168k miles for an 04 with all the receipts from the previous owner, you can't beat that. It's a family run business and it's a small lot but what he does have are some gems. If you're in the market for a used car at a FAIR price, give Sava a call and he can find the car for you if he doesn't have it on the lot. Couldn't be more pleased with this man's customer service pre and post purchase.
