2010 Ford E-Series

We met Jeff Moyer the General Manager , Shy the salesmen and Barb the finance director today in person they are by far the most articulate, honest and transparent people in the car business I’ve ever met in decades!!! I had to call Jeff two days ago after a very negligent smaller dealership took advantage of my 24 yr old daughter and 85 yr old Mother-in-law, Jeff came to the literal rescue with a absolutely beautiful 2013 Mustang for my daughter and we had it financed, approved and out the door in less than an hour after a few simple emails and texts. These people are down to earth, honest and competent beyond our expectations. They also made our daughter feel special even though it was “just a used car purchase” the team made her feel like she bought the most expensive car on the lot in cash!!! Thank you all and we strongly recommend Ford of Homewood it is more than worth the drive for us which was an hour !!!! The owner needs to appreciate such a stellar team he has there they make him stand out from all the competition by miles!!!!!

From the very start, I received the utmost attention from EVERYONE at the dealership. I inquired about a used F-150 that they had just listed on the website. I was able to speak with Jared on the phone about the truck, but they were still getting it ready for sale. He had me work with Kyle, who was so laid back and easy to work with. I got to go on Saturday morning and actually see the truck, even though it still wasn't ready. Not a problem, I knew this and had no problem with it. Once we started talking dollars, I was able to work with Jeff. Not only did he have a great attitude, he was willing to work with me. Prior to all this starting, I was just waiting around the dealership, and this lady comes up to me and starts talking. I am wondering who she is, but she is so incredibly nice. Come to find out, this is Barb and she is in Finance. When I went to Barb's office to complete the paperwork, I have to tell everyone, she is an absolute pleasure. I spent far too long in her office, but it was not her fault, it was mine. I felt like I was sitting with a long-time friend and we were just catching up. No pressure to do something here you don't want to, and treated like a family member right from the start. After the deal was complete, I thought I would not get my truck until Monday or Tuesday, it was Saturday after all. When everything was complete, there was my truck, all cleaned, washed and detailed, inside and out. It looked fantastic!!! I did not have a way to get the truck back home, and Kyle jumped into action and drove the truck home for me! I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this dealership REALLY knows how to treat the customers that come in. You are greeted by everyone, no matter who you are working with. I will most definitely go back here again when it is time to purchase another vehicle. I recommend if you are in the market, please give Ford of Homewood an opportunity to work with you, I do not believe you will be disappointed! Thanks again to everyone for making the purchase such a joy on Saturday! I look forward to seeing you all again!!!
