2015 Ford Transit

We continue to come back to GMC Honolulu because of the customer service provided by Luis. He is manager now but he still works the front desk occasionally. I trust he is training his employees and in the meantime he continues to provide five star service. We had a situation where the front desk rep didn’t follow up on our diagnostic. (Don’t need to add details but the car became unsafe to drive.) Luis was quick to resolve the issue, and provide us transportation in the meantime. Thanks so much. GMC Honolulu is our trusted repair shop. The techs are on top of it too. They have identified and resolved several electronic problems with our Yukon that other auto shops were not able to figure out. Thank you!
