Wanted to get a remote start added to my car before the weather turned colder. Left my car for the day and they were kind enough to drop me off and pick me up from work. When I picked it up initially, the fob (Viper) was programmed as data-to-data for a double tap. I could not get it to work with any consistency (maybe 1 or 2 times out of 10). When I would double click, the parking lights would flash for a long time but nothing would happen. I took it back and the mechanic explained what the problem might be and how the process should work. He was very patient and assured me if I had any more problems to bring it back and he would look it over. Unfortunately, I continued to have the same issues as before and brought it back. The team was very understanding, dropped me off at work again and uninstalled the old unit and reinstalled a new one (also this time with a single click command versus the double click)— all without any additional charge. This time it worked perfectly. They said the second time was wired as OEM and it just feels more connected to the car; kinda like the first time was Bluetooth but the second time was hardwired. I press the button once and it starts right up every time! Was very disappointed at first but really appreciate the team’s customer service and commitment to getting the job done right— from the guys at the front desk to the guys in the garage. Very satisfied and would happily recommend them for any work. Looking forward to coming back in the spring to have my tints put on. Thank you!

An awesome experience. We set up an appointment, vehicle was prepped and ready and off we went. We returned after our ride and sat down with Stacy. A great sales woman who knew her craft. We haggled a bit then the owner came over to greet us. Nice guy, professional yet down to earth. He did not step on Stacy's toes but helped her seal the deal. A few days later the car was ready for pickup. It had gone through the company's inspection checklist, oil change etc. We came down with a cashiers check and off We went. A very pleasant experience. Absolutely no pressure. Plus I think we made a few friends. Id highly recommend this establishment to anyone.
