Buying a car from Packey Webb Ford was honestly one of the best dealership experiences I have had. Eric was my salesman and was extremely helpful during the process. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was respectful of my time. I visited several other dealerships around Illinois during my car search but this was far and away the nicest facility I saw - very clean and well staffed. We saw the Shelby super snake and many other cars. I was impressed about the details that Ms Maggie provide us.
