Just purchased a car from Kihei Auto Sales and received the best customer service possible. Byron was extremely polite over the phone setting up an appointment and incredibly welcoming when I arrived at the dealership! Upon looking at the initial car I wanted, Byron showed me other options and even recommended the same model of the original car in a different color, even though it was priced thousands of dollars less. After a brisk test drive of the other car I was extremely excited to purchase! Byron truly cared more about finding me a vehicle that I would enjoy rather than trying to take my money. The process was super quick as I really only spent about an hour in total at the dealership (Including my test drives). Throughout the process, Byron did not fail to make sure I was comfortable, offering refreshments and cracking polite jokes here and there. The entire crew was very kind and respectful as even when Byron was in the office, his colleagues talked story with me while I waited. Even the pet cat on the porch was such a gentleman! Not once did I ever feel awkward or nervous while purchasing my car. Byron even filled my gas tank for me! Overall, I am amazed by the quality of the vehicle selection at Kihei Auto Sales, and I am grateful that I purchased my car from Byron who is exceptionally trustworthy and knowledgeable. Once the paperwork was complete and I left the dealership, Byron was even kind enough to follow up with me! Have high expectations for Kihei Auto Sales as you will not be disappointed :)
