2003 Ford F-550

My wife and I recently bought a relatively new fith wheel camper from here. Overall, we had a pretty decent experience. There were a few things to address, though. The camper we were interested in was advertised as being pet free with no pet smell. This was not accurate. We found the auction pictures online from where they bought it, and the pictures showed it full of animal hair, claw marks, and chewed spots. They had vacuumed it up some when we looked at it. We have since had to scrub and shampoo all of this mess out of the carpets. Hair and feces stains everywhere. That all isn't their fault, but it wasn't advertised. The advertisement pictures showed it including a couch. When we were on the way after a few days of messaging and considering, we were informed that a pull out couch wouldn't be included. From the auction pictures, we knew it was because of the clawed up cushions on it. We didn't get a new couch with it, so we just purchased our own off Amazon that fits and looks perfect. They did fix a few of the smaller issues, like where an animal had chewed the corners of various things. Negotiations were fairly simple, and we agreed on a price within a few hundred dollars of our offer. No pressure from them whatsoever, and they are very kind and patient. They finished the deal with us over 2 hours after closing hours because we drove from 2 hours away to see it and make the deal. The paperwork process was pretty slow (it's what took the longest), but it's to be expected for a smaller operation like theirs. Communication with our bank wasn't the greatest either being after hours. All-in-all, I'd rate the entire experience at 4.5 stars. The owners were accommodating and kind. We're thankful for the deal we got. To God be the Glory.
