Great car leasing experience. Had the pleasure of working with Ruben Rodriguez at the dealership from beginning to end he made it a great experience. I was dreading it but it turned out to be a smooth transition from trading in my car to leasing. Ruben is very personable and professional he even followed up a few days later to see if I was enjoying my car. I would definitely recommend him if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
If I had to sum up this dealership in three words, they'd be quality service, respect, and honesty. From the get-go, my salesman, Jonathan Chan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the details of the car I was interested in (which I eventually purchased). Together with Chris Hreiz at the finance department, they worked out a price that was within my budget which I appreciate given that I am in college. There were no hidden fees; Chris and John were transparent from the start. I had to get the car serviced for a brake job, and I used their service department. Great quality service as well! They employ knowledgeable mechanics who know the ins and outs of cars, and I am very happy with their work! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Justin at the service department took good care of me and offered to have someone drive my dad and me to a place for lunch. I was also offered a loaner vehicle. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I'd definitely recommend this place! A great team to work with; I could not thank you all enough!
