Amazing experience indeed. From the selection to the service. This is a Five star car sales company. The General Manager Kevin Cubas & Anthony the Salesperson are the best in the business. I was blown away by their attention to detail and always striving to make sure that all my requests and concerns were addressed immediately. They arranged over 5 cars for me to test drive and always did so with no hesitation and a big smile. I found the car I was looking for , fell in love with it and now I’m a customer for life. Thanks guys for being so awesome. Strongly recommended you to all my friends and family. Have to mention that everyone in that office is so pleasant and courteous! Working with Abdel and the GM Kevin was an absolute pleasure! Abdel and Kevin were extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, they are professional and know the car business inside and out. They both went above and beyond to help me. Words can not express how much I appreciate them both! They both kept a me informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was such a pleasure working with these two! The whole team was great and welcoming. I had the most amazing experience at easterns and words can not express how happy and thankful I am. They made it happen for me today and they did not give up on me!!!

I worked with Anthony Jones at the Sterling Corpoate location and his service was top notch. He apparently hurt his ankle or some other part of his leg and he was limping. I say that to say this, he was moving back forth with multiple customers and you couldn't tell he had an issue with ankle...he put his customers first, without any compliants. He was honest and straight forward and never tried to over sell you, nor did I feel any pressure. The other team members was equally as nice and honest. I normally don't shop at places like Easterns or CarMax, just Dealerships, but they had the perfect car I was looking for. I wanted a commuter car, to keep the miles down on my Mercedes S560, and I wanted to enter into the electric car world, so I knew it had to be an older, low milage Model S Tesla. They had an almost new 2013 Tesla Model S P85+ with only 8000 Miles with no options spared; carbon fiber, performance plus, 21 inch wheels, and technology package; Pristine/New condition. You can still smell the "new." Apparently, it belonged to the owner of Washington Redskins (Commanders); The Synders. Anthony allowed me to test drive it twice without any pressure (this was key for me), they were able to make the deal work to where I was financially happy. It was a particular car that made me take an interest in Easterns, but it is the service that will keep me coming back. Yes, I am a happy customer, and highly recommend.
