2014 Ford F-550

Bought a truck from Doug over the phone. I am out of state and man what a great experience. From start to finish it was awesome. He handled everything professionally and on time. He was always available to answer questions. There was a situation after the truck was delivered and he did an outstanding job helping me out. Highly recommended!!!!

We have bought probably 20 trucks from Northstar over the last 10 years. Very clean government auction trucks generally from areas without road salt. Any problems we have had Doug was great about helping resolve and that’s only been a couple minor things out of all those trucks. If you are looking for a clean low mile truck in MN this is the place!

This place is mind blowing in the best of ways. If Doug and/or his crew say a truck is like it is. Or tell you they are doing something, you can rest assured it is exactly what they say it is, and they will be doing exactly what they say they are doing. After being part of the construction sector and then law enforcement field, I was starting to feel very few people told the truth if any. I am an FBI certified Hostage Negotiator, Department of Corrections Certified Negotiator. In all my years of law enforcement, I never met a cop as straight forward and honest as Doug is. As a Sergeant for a Sheriff's Office, I do not think I ever came across one officer that was as straight forward and honest as this man and company. Mind blowing to say the least. 5 stars, truly is not enough to cover the service I just received from this place. I have approximately 450 relatives in this area, and you better believe I will be telling everyone of them about this man and place. Unreal. I am giving Northstar Truck Sales a 15 out of 5 stars. Don't plan on looking any other place ever again when looking for a truck. This is my place till I retire and beyond!
