2012 Ford F-550

Had a great experience with Luke, the owner. Went to Fresh Start after seeing an RV for sale. We tested it out and decided to buy it after a few days. Luke said he wanted us to drive it around and make sure we really were happy, which we did. We bought it as is, no warranty. It had new tires which we were happy about, as we left for a 2500 mile(one way) trip 2 weeks later. We'll we had a tire issue along the way and called Luke to ask him a couple questions. We explained the we had a tire issue. We told him we were fixing it but asked where the tires were from so we could possibly take it back. Luke called back the next morning to check on us and insisted on paying for half the tire purchase we had to make. This was way above and beyond what he had to do as again we bought it with no warranty. The check was waiting for us upon our return from our trip. I would highly recommend Luke and Fresh Start Auto!

Fresh Start Auto (especially Luke) is a fantastic place to go for used car sales. Luke went out of his way to help us purchase a truck with our son. We live out of the state while our son lives in Spokane. Luke helped us feel comfortable with the sale even at a distance and even went as far as to give extra tips to our son about driving a truck in WA winters. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the truck itself. Our son is incredibly grateful too. Thank you, Luke and Fresh Start!
