2015 Ford F-550

Although I did not ultimately end up purchasing a vehicle at this dealer due to internal company reasons, they will certainly have my business in the future. They communicated well, offered competitive financing, and the vehicle was priced very competitively compared to other dealers. When I was a diesel mechanic in a shop nearby, I came across their newly sold vehicles during inspections and routine maintenance. The vehicles were solid, maintained, and in good health. I will certainly be searching their inventory first during my next vehicle purchase.

So we bought a 2014 bucket truck from these guys few weeks ago and to be honest I am always a bit hesitant to deal with used car dealers because of past sour experiences . We inspect the truck and found a few things that were needed to be addressed before pick up and they agreed to fix all things . When we picked up the truck everything looked good and we drove it home to sit a week because of rain . Finally first day of work comes and we take her out and within 30 min the check engine light came on . Gave Steve a call and without any hesitation said bring it over and we can make it right . Later that day we used the bucket for the first time and got through about 1/3 of a small maple tree and the seal that was supposed to be addressed started to leak on the upper controller . At this point I was a little frustrated but also being in business I know things happen and thought let’s see how they can handle this . I’ll start by saying the whole team there has been more than helpful and Steve the commercial guy took control of the situation and really did the right thing . The first time fix was just the seals and o rings which I was a little disappointed with , seeing they failed he now ordered the whole valve body and replaced the whole unit . Really good guys that stand by their word and I look forward to dealing with them in the future . It was nice to see that there are still people that run business the old school way where a handshake and someone’s word means something ! Thank you guys again Jeremy

For quite some time, I was studying the various years of the Dodge Charger, and finally, I found the one that took my breath away, the 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat Widebody! Aside from how expensive these cars are and how challenging they are to find in California, the majority of the cars available are high mileage and costly. A few weeks ago, my daughter motivated me to begin my search again after a couple years of giving up on this car. She said, “You work hard and deserve your dream car, go look for it because I need a car and I would rather have yours!” Again, I began my search online and found this beautiful 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat Widebody in black in Dallas, Texas. I contacted the dealership and a young man assisted and told me that I was the first client to reach out about this car but for some reason, I felt that they were unwilling to sell the car to me. I told him I wanted to move forward and sent the initial documents. After not hearing back for a few hours, I called and learned that the dealership sold the car. I got on the phone with the manager which by the way was rude, unprofessional and opposed to getting the car. My partner saw how upset I was and right away he comforted me. He said, “This car probably has issues that may bring other problems, be patient, you are going to get a bigger blessing just wait.” He was right! That same day, I got back online and was scrolling down the page and found another car with less mileage at a greater price. At first, I was a bit skeptical. The pictures shown were that of a hellcat but not the Hellcat but I went ahead and completed the interest form. After a couple of hours or so, I received a text message from Burns Auto Group. They left their contact and asked to call if I had further questions. By the way, I did not call. I was still upset with Parks Cities Dealership, Dallas, Texas. I contacted CJ and right away, his professionalism, genuine personality, and great customer service made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. As soon as I decided that I wanted to move forward in purchasing the Dodge Charger Hellcat, CJ said he had a feeling that I was the one who was going to take this car and assured me that this car will be put away for me while going through the purchase process. CJ checked in often and communicated with Bani from Blue Comet Logistics to get details on location and approximate delivery date. My Hellcat arrived a day after in the morning, I was thrilled my stomach was twitching and turning. I felt like I was going to faint. I could not breathe well, but I was so happy that CJ Tumolo from Burns Auto Group and Bani Solo from Blue Comet Logistics made my Dream Come True! In the future, if I ever wish to get another car, without hesitation, I will contact CJ and Bani!
