Buying a car can be stressful. I operate on clear expectations. This dealer set the expectation this would be a mechanically sound vehicle, worked with me on a fair price, responded quickly with our financing entity, setup the delivery and saw it through, then stood by their product. There were two challenges outside the dealers control that were handled promptly and the entire interaction was very low pressure/personable. I felt respected all the way through which is a simple standard but not always the case. I would look strongly toward this dealership for a trustworthy experience, I will be looking back here to expand my fleet for my athletics team. Peaceful and Simple process with good people. Aaron and Jake were great to deal with. We test drove my the perfect van for my wife, which she loved and was immaculate inside and out. Nice that it didn't smell like "vanilla hide the smells of a stinky car" detailing spray which gives me a headache. The car was slightly outside of our budget and Aaron worked with me on the price. I usually want to have an independent inspection prior to buying but wanted to close the deal on a Saturday and be done with the car buying process. Aaron threw in a three month drivetrain warranty for no charge to build confidence and give us time for that inspection. Sweet deal. Great people.
