Shannon and Tristan are hands down honest men! I totaled my vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted. Beginning my search, google showed that J&S Auto sales had what I was searching for. After a few trips to several dealers before speaking with Shannon, I was completely over the "looking for what I wanted" and my thought process began to shift...I didn't know if I was going to be able to have what I wanted. After making an inquiry about the vehicle for sale, Shannon reached out to me and explained the vehicle in long depth. I decided to go look at it, however, because previous history with other dealers I didn't get my hopes up. When arriving to J&S, I was given a warm and heartfelt welcome. Everything Shannon had explained appeared to be spot on. The truck was clean with no dents and no mechanical issues at all. I test drove it and it ran like a charm! Absolutely outstanding service here. Shannon gives you the time to pick the vehicle of your dreams and does everything he can to get you in it. J&S Auto sales is by far the most honest dealership I’ve ever been in. If by any chance something goes wrong with your vehicle after purchase they’ll hold up their end of the bargain and fix it without question within 3 months of purchasing the vehicle. They make buying a vehicle a fun experience and absolutely stress free. Their office is super comfortable and relaxed. My wife and I both got our dream vehicles here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Outstanding family owned dealership and if I had a need for another vehicle I’d go back again.

I have dealing with the staff at J&S since I’ve been at Ft. Campbell. Never had any problems with 100% professional and yes they do thrive on soldiers. But with soldiers it’s easier to get them approved. They even tell you how much your car payment will be before doing anything. Now tell my any other car lot that does that. Like I read some of these comments and laughed. When you are promised something no matter where you’re at it’s on you to read your contract before you sign. I haven’t had any problems with this here. 7 soldiers I have brought to then and they all still have their cars and 6 of them are paid off. And I have 2 vehicles from here and any problems I had was resolved in one phone call. So I would recommend this place to anyone looking get there first vehicle or even someone who wants something bigger or smaller and you can’t afford it with big dealers.
