I was happy with the service and customer service that day Three days after I got my car, I got a oil change and tuneup on my car my car started to immediately knocking that I I thought the engine was about to jump out the car literally so eventually, I got that part fixed my mechanic put some oil stabilizer in it to that’s the real real thick oil and calm that down I haven’t even got my hard tags and I’m dealing with a whole transmission engine problem. I called them one to let them know my car broke down on my way to make my payment. I was on the phone with Emily. She asked me a question. I told her the problem she transferred me to Steve or somebody and as soon as I got on the phone, it was just so rude either he said bring my car payment in by the next morning or I can drop my car off Monday to get out of the lease who puts money into cars that much money to drop a car off. Customer service is horrible. Everybody don’t have money to waste and throw away. Sometimes people should just be patient with somebody you’re running a business. You have to have patience. I work 12 hour shifts ain’t no way we’re gonna make it in time to pay the car note. And no one has money to keep putting down payments on a car like that like just rude. Now look, this is ridiculous for Emily to call me back after I make a review to say you’re trying to solve the solution and tell me he’s making the problem. Better is weird. Nothing can be better if I’m dealing with a car they’ve been broke down 3 to 4 days after I had it. And for her to say, I can’t make my payment. It’s very unprofessional cause I can’t make my payment. I’ve been making my payments on time and my insurance been paid on time like I said I was on my way to make my payment in my car broke down start moving under 10 mph something about reduce engine power and like I said, I’m getting my car fixed never said nothing about anything. I just said I couldn’t make it there tonight. I will be there early in the morning. That’s it or make a payment over the phone for you to say I signed the paper I know I signed a paper. It’s very unprofessional for you to call me back to let me know something. I already know the conversation went left as soon as he got on the phone I didn’t ask you to transfer me to nobody.
