Empire DM Inc. recently acquired a new transportation contract and was in quick need of making additions to our fleet of vehicles to help with the demand. Through our buyer research we heard about Major Vehicle Exchange/Authorized Resources LTD. We purchased five newer E450 shuttle buses from them. The owner took the time to offer very informative advice which was greatly appreciated in this large purchase. Each shuttle bus was delivered to Empire in excellent running order and perfectly detailed. The price was fair and a discount was offered as we bought in bulk. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the vehicles we purchased. The reconditioning that was performed is done to the level that you’d swear these were brand new off the assembly line. Also I will add that their communication skills and customer service are top notch!
