2013 Ford E-Series

Ideal Auto was great to work with! We found what we wanted online and drove 2 hours to Minot to test drive. They worked quickly and very effectively to help us do what we needed to get the vehicle. Tony was exceptional and very accommodating to all our questions and needs. He was very transparent in communicating between us and the bank.I very much appreciated his honesty and his patience working with us. Mike was funny and took some of the stress off of signing papers and getting it done quickly and answering all the questions. We will definitely do business here again in the future.

Ideal Auto was great. As buying from out of state I was terrified.AJ was great with communication, sent videos, pictures, took the truck to a third party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspections, honest about concerns. He was so patient and kind with all of my pestering. When we showed up after driving for a day they had the truck ready and the paperwork took maybe 15 minutes. Amazing pain free experience!
