Went right before Christmas looking for a handicap van for grandpa. Online pics looked great and they said had tons of vans, so we drove almost 2 hours. Guy who met us was cool and helpful, no issues there even he was a wrench guy I believe. But man… the place itself felt like a mix between a tow yard and a sketchy body shop ?. My old man took one look and said Nope! Price was actually decent, which made it more frustrating. If you’ve got that much inventory, why not have a legit dealer welcome area setup with A/C, wheelchair-friendly walk-in, the basics? I’d rather see 10 cars in a clean, professional spot and know more are nearby if needed. Most real older buyers will gladly pay a little extra for that peace of mind, speaking thousands in the end of the day. Ended up buying basically the same Dodge van back in Orlando for about $3k more. Worth it!

I needed a mobility van for my husband. Alex Fedorov was extremely helpful in finding the right van for what I could afford. He also gave me a good price for my trade-in. The entire procedure was smooth and my van is really working out well. I enjoy driving it and my husband is happy to get out of the house again. A big thank you to Budget Handicap Vans!
