1987 Ford F-800

I came in with an issue that would have required 200 bucks for a diagnostic at the dealership. I was quoted 175 + parts (probably an additonal 100-200) at DART but ended up paying only 50 after it was discovered the problem wasn't what we thought it was. I'm just happy with how transparent DART was, it could have been easy to nickle and dime me but the honest approach they took with me makes me feel like I'll be coming here from now on for my maintenance

I have a BMW 545i. The car was kicking about 15 codes and would throw me into that save mode where it kicks you into third gear and you can’t really drive it over 50 mph. I thought I would just sell it for a thousand bucks and let someone else deal with it. But I love the car. A friend suggested Dart Auto, so I had it towed in. They said it was the alternator. Wow! How honest!!! These guys could have took me to the cleaners but they were so honest! The problem with the alternator was that the engine was leaking oil into it. I knew about oil leaks because my garage floor. The engine stunk like oil! So I decided to have them fix the problem. The work was precision!! I’m mean perfect! My car is new again! It’s never run better. It’s a thrill to drive it. I actually trust the car for the first time since I’ve owned it. I’m taking road trips again. THANK YOU DART AUTO!!! You are the BEST!!

We took both our A3 and A6 to Dart. Both are higher mileage and we were unsure on the maintenance that was scheduled. They searched through CarFax history and filled us in on what was needed and what was recommended. The A6 had a transmission issue that they fixed and they were clear and honest that if it didn’t work a new transmission probably wasn’t a good financial system.
