Brought my car here for a clutch repair. Dropped it off on a Sunday, got in touch with Gabriel that Monday morning and discussed the repairs needed. Took about 2 days for the vehicle to be looked at/quoted. Took another couple days to get parts and have the repairs completed but I was able to pick up my car the following Tuesday. As far as timeline goes I feel this was appropriate based on the nature of the repair, the delay of waiting for parts, and their hours of operation. Got my car back and the clutch was in good order! My problem came the night I got my car back, I was driving home from work around 7:30 pm and started feeling and hearing vibrations coming from the front of the car- similar to when you have a flat tire. Pulled over because I thought I had a flat, but turns out the lug nuts on my front driver side wheel were loose. I tightened them to the best of my ability and called the shop right away. I left a voicemail and within 15 minutes Gabriel called me back and offered to meet me at the shop to retorque the lugnuts, inspect the wheel studs for damage/stretching and to make sure there was no damage to the rim. I was so grateful he offered to do this the night of, saved my car from some serious damage and we caught it before anything happened. Thanks again for your flexibility and fixing this right away! I will definitely be returning

After a little over a month, I got my car back. It took so long due to parts being backordered which is totally understandable. I would suggest keeping clients/ customers updated on the status of the vehicle if the project took so long, rather than having to call and ask about it, which is what happened on my end. Other than lack of communication, Gabriel and his crew did an awesome job replacing my sunroof and detailing my car. It was super clean and loved that they were able to wash off tree sap that would not come off for months. I would let them work on my car again. Staff and Gabriel were friendly and professional. Also, since I did not have any rental coverage included in my insurance, they took it upon themselves and contacted Enterprise and gave me a nice discount for my rental. Thank you Sturbridge Automotive!
