Rich was a rich personality and also a great help in the whole process. We are 2 hours away and did most of the process over the phone, they stayed late to finish paperwork, and let us come in to get the truck! Will definitely be back when it's time for a new work truck!

We have been to other dealerships where the salespeople were very pushy and try to sell you before you even go inside. We walked around the lot before going in and no one bothered us while we were looking, we came inside and talked to Brian. He was not pushy and has set the standard for what vehicle sales should entail. Incredibly helpful and not pushy at all when we told him we wanted to come back the following week to think it over and make a final decision. At other dealerships when we said this we received a lot of pushback and questioning to why we didn't want to buy right now. Soon as we told Brian that he dropped it and didn't bring it back up. Before I walked out to leave I went to chat with another manager and told him y'all have earned our business because y'all were not pressuring us to buy right now and no one tried to encourage us to make a decision that same day. I didn't have high expectations coming in here to begin with because of previous terrible experiences. After buying from here y'all will absolutely have our business moving forward, this store should be the new standard for how vehicle purchasing should be. Simple, non pushy with great customer service. Brian is definitely someone who exemplifies all the great qualities a salesman should have. Thank y'all for working a great deal up for us, we will absolutely come back when we expand our fleet.
