2011 Ford E-Series

Bought a C5500 off of them in November 23. Everything about the experience was pleasant, truck was a fair price for condition, and the mechanic on staff did a few things for me like check tire pressures before I made a 3hr drive with it home. The dealer did everything right with the titling paperwork, and so did the state of Ohio. However my bank in Indiana are complete imbeciles, and after nearly two months of trying to solve it with my bank and Ohio, I resorted to getting a hold of Patty at the dealership and she went WAY out of her way for something that wasn't her responsibility to get me a paper title and mail it to me. We met with the owner Alex, to buy a large truck from. Alex was very easy to work with and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. He really did take care of us on pricing and gave us a simple contract with no additional fee's and other add ons you find at typical dealership's. Alex was very professional and personable with us. I would highly recommend anyone to meet with Alex to take care of their vehicle needs.

The absolute best customer service! Really easy to communicate with and got everything handled in a timely manner! Shipping a work truck to Hawaii ain’t easy. But with these guys.. it sure is!
